Tintin was asked to serve as a Member of Parliament for the Parliament of the Imperial Court System.  This was because moi was otherwise detained (moi can't say where but you will recall that the oil spill in the Gulf which was uncontrolled has now been siphoned off to some extent; moi's talents are boundless),  Tintin was honored to be asked to attend the session of Parliament in Fresno.  Wait!- FRESNO???  Oh well, he does his duty as he sees it.

Summary:  There was a lot of "Mr. Speaker, sir-ing" and "Point of Order-ing" and general speechifying and bloviating.  'Nuff said.
