Why yes, that IS Tintin, snuggled among the other audience members at the Out of Town show preceding the Coronation for the Imperial Court of Orange County, just enjoying the heck out of his own self, instead of being out there, mingling and taking pictures like moi told him to. Harrumph! (Moi cannot actually harrumph very well - moi is too refined, but moi can harrumph in print just fine). Off your buns, Tintin and get snapping!
Upong his arrival at the penthouse suite, Tintin tells moi that he was immediately greeted by Mona Decapitata the famed headless Empress of O.C. Why Mona? Well, wouldn't you moan if your noggin had been summarily separated from your bod? Moi means - where to put the wig?
Moving on, we meet two of the junior members of the OC Court, one in the company of SOME COURT DUDE
...and the winsome April Powers, Empress of Modesto, trawling for funds to become the mouse empress of OC (don't ask, it's complicated)
