Moi's windswept look may be due to inclement meteorological conditions or perhaps due to the rush with which moi made moi's way to Circus Disco, site of the Queen of the Universe pageant, depending on what you choose to believe. Moi cares not either way. Moi arrived early (or on time, according to the schedule, but who cares for the schedule - not moi, for one) in order to capture some of the preparations for the pageant. Moi continued to capture preparations throughou the evening, casting a veil only over the preparations for the swimsuit competition, for modesty's sake. .

And there is certainly nothing wrong with making sure that Charlene, co- M.C. for the evening, looks her best. .
