Erika's Annex Page 372 - A Recurring Leitmotif

One of the features of the music of Richard Wagner was the repeated use of distinct
musical phrases or themes to signal the appearance or presence of characters in his
operas. Now where is moi going with this, you ask moi? Patience, please. As with
Wagner, sometimes moi finds a that a theme bubbles up from the pictures of an
evening's adventures. So it was at the Lodge, where a promotional banner
occasioned a considerable amount of POSING, some spontaneous, and some clearly
staged by - MOI!

In particular, one
section of the banner
attracted the most
attention of t-girls,
perhaps because of
the promised
moisture, perhaps
instead by the siren
call of something
"free". Moi can
think of no other
reasons.

Different girls acknowledged the sign's proximity in different ways - Ginah
POSING left, Dianne POSING face forward and Carla POSING right

While for Lexi it was a moment for
deep thought and contemplation
Mimi, meanwhile, ignored it completely

Lana (alone, left) and with Nicole (right) saw it as something worth sharing telephonically
....while Rhonda and Danielle saw both a photo
opportunity and a Vanna White moment

Parenthetically, let
moi confess that
product placement is
a growing curse not
only in movies and
television programs,
but even seems to
have infiltrated moi's
website - AGAIN.
