As moi's good friend, Donald Rumsfeld, said in another context, you do a fashion show with the dressing room you've got, not the dressing room you want. So it was for the first of the twin fashion shows.

But within this unpromising staging area, moi found a wealth of incident and drama, such that moi thought it might make a page by itself. Enter with moi now into the secret world of tgirl fashion shows - behind the glitz, behind the glamor, behind the foundation, near the duct tape.

Good signs that you are in the right place

1. Piles of clothes and outrageous shoes

2. Girls applying lipstick

3. Girls making adjustments

5. ....and more adjustments

6. Lots of exposed flesh

7. Lots of crowding and mingling

And at the end of it all the preparations - - - WHY, 8. POSING!!!

And 9. MORE POSING

And 10. GROUP POSING!!

And after it's all over 11. Packing up

Which brings moi inevitably to 12. The end of the show
