No - moi did not make a typographical error in the title. Note how moi has EMPHASIZED (there, I did it again) the word "wet". See right for a photo of the weather conditions in WeHo on Hallowe'en Night. Tragic, no? All those papier mache costumes turned to mush. Still, the few, the proud, the weak in the head braved the weather and moi was there to catch them.
