Erika's Annex Page 153 - Academy Awards

The Night before the Academy Awards saw us all gathering again, drama queens to the last. The setting - The Lodge in NoHo, which is developing rapidly into a bigger, better Queen Mary. The cast is unchanged, but the sets are better, and the whole thing is in 70mm, with surroundsound. Moi was out to see what role moi could play, and the supporting cast,as always, was fabulous.

Nominee, Most Cutest-est - Carla

Of course, after the Academy Awards, the winners retire to the post-award parties.

Gretchen is relaxed and gracious after her victory for Best Grin....

...although her equanimity is sorely tried by Best Tigress winner, Kassandra. Meeeeoooww!

Kassie, however, knows better than to mess with moi. Oh and BTW, I want to thank the Academy.....blah blah blah

And so the winners, including Lena Liu, Winner, Best No-Show at The Lodge, ponder the meaning of it all

... to which moi says, HOT NUTS...., it's just an honor to be nominated, and moi is ready for moi's close up now, Mr De Mille...
